I recently joined a Facebook group for Empaths, and shared the following post this morning, but it got censored because it's political! What a world we live in. I don't know how to reach an audience; it is something I have to give some thought to because I think what I have to say is important for others to read.

Message to Empaths

This morning I feel inspired to write a message to all the empaths on this forum. To me, we are especially gifted (or cursed) with a sensitivity to energy. This manifests as the tendency to tune into other people's energy, but it carries over to sensing the energy in a roomful of people, to the energy of what's happening in the collective energy field of the planet.

I choose to see empathy as a blessing for those who have developed it within themselves. My understanding is that empathy is an inherent ability in everyone, but it is up to us whether we give it free rein, control it or suppress it.

Creativity or telepathic ability are also inherent within each one of us., and we choose to develop or not to develop these abilities, just like some people choose to strengthen their muscles and tone their bodies by going to the gym.

With that understanding, here is my message to all of the empaths who read this:

Collectively, we have all been threatened in our lifetimes by the U.S. propensity to wage war in other countries. Right now the U.S. is taking steps to wage war in Venezuela, Iran, and even making plans for war against Russia and China.

Every empath on this planet has suffered from the energy of conflict, war and violence, and the misery it causes. Whether we realize the full extent of it or not, we have all been impacted. And that is why being an empath can seem like a curse, because the energy of hatred and fear is so terrible.

None of us are newbies. We have all survived what we have been going through somehow. I doubt that there is anyone who is an empath who does not have some kind of spiritual practice to give them strength, protection, endurance, and inspiration.

We are being called to shift the paradigm. Regardless of our position in life, how much money we have, or any other measures of importance or success in the material world, we are the leaders in the paradigm shift. We are the energy workers. And we are responsible, even more than others, for every thought, word or action, for the impact that we have on the collective energy field.

So let us consciously tap into the core of peace and harmony deep within the universe that each one of us has access to inside of us, and manifest it collectively into the energy field of our planet, shifting the paradigm from the energy of conflict and war to peace and love. I will be sharing more messages about how we can do this as I am inspired.
